Smokey Coffee Molé with indi chocolate Nibs by Haxan Ferments


A true Seattle collaboration! indi chocolate loves supporting other local small businesses through innovative product development and we are happy to offer this delicious sauce from Haxan Ferments.

This tangy, fermented sauce not only uses indi chocolate Cacao Nibs, it also utilizes cold-brewed coffee from Broadcast Coffee Roaster’s and Alvarez Farms chipotle peppers. This sauce includes a medley of dry and fresh peppers, tomato, onion, raisins, local honey and warming spices. Smoky, rich and warm with medium heat.

We enjoy it with chips, eggs, and quesadillas.
