About WINCC 

WINCC is an international group of women who "want to connect and engage women throughout the cocoa and chocolate chain, inspiring them to take leadership in their sphere of influence and increasing their sphere of influence."

"Events and working groups are initiated where women working in cocoa & chocolate companies, governments, NGO’s, donors and other supply chain actors will connect, learn and take leadership."

indi chocolate's Founder, Erin Andrews, has been inspired by the amazing women she has met during the WINCC events at Chocoa in Amsterdam and wants to bring this amazing experience to her home town in Seattle.
