Deviled Easter Eggs

Wondering what to do with those left over Easter eggs? Follow this easy recipe from indi chocolate for deviled eggs with indi chocolate cacao based spice rubs.

Ingredients:

  • 6 hard boiled eggs sliced lengthwise
  • 1/4 cup olive oil based mayonnaise  
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 a teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • indi chocolate Barbecue Spice Rub
  • 1 thinly diced pickles for garnish 

Directions:

  1. Combine the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice and salt
  2. Place mixture in a piping bag and fill the whites of the egg with the yolk mixture
  3. Sprinkle indi chocolate Barbecue Spice Rub and pickles on top. 
  4. Enjoy!
