Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Lightly flour and butter the ramekins.
  2. On medium heat melt butter add chocolate and stir. 
  3. In a separate bowl beat together eggs, sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Fold in the egg mixture, flour, indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub and salt.
  5. Spoon batter into ramekins and bake for 10 min.
  6. Let the cakes cool for one min and flip cake onto the plate.
  7. Dust with powdered sugar and indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
  8. Enjoy!
