Cacao nibs are the inside of the cacao bean, after the bean has been roasted and husked. They are packed with antioxidants and considered a superfood.
Sprinkle nibs onto salads, yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes or use them as an alternative to nuts.
Blend them in with a smoothie or protein drink.
When making coffee, grind equal parts coffee beans and cacao nibs together, and then brew as usual. Yum!
