indi chocolate Double Chocolate Granola

Ingredients:

 

  • 4 1/2 oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 cup whole flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup indi chocolate cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup coconut palm sugar
  • 3/8 cup sunflower oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 bars of 72% chopped indi chocolate

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees
  2. Mix oats, coconut, indi chocolate cacao nibs seeds, almonds, pecans and sugar in a large bowl
  3. Stir oil, honey, and salt together in a separate bowl
  4. Combine mixtures and stir until all the ingredients have been coated
  5. Place the mixture on two cookie sheets
  6. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes stirring every 15 minutes to make sure the granola is evenly cooked
  7. Let cool and add chopped indi chocolate 72% dark chocolate and cranberries
