Banana Nib Pancakes with Chocolate Almond Maple Syrup

Ingredients for Banana Nib Pancakes :

Ingredients for Chocolate Almond Butter Maple Syrup:

  • 1 bar indi chocolate 72% dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup half and half or until mixture is smooth enough to pour
  • 4 tbs maple syrup
  • a pinch of sea salt

Directions for Banana Nib Pancakes :

  1. Mix together dry ingredients in one bowl and mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  2. Heat skillet and pour batter into pan.
  3. Sprinkle indi chocolate cacao nibs and sliced bananas before flipping the pancakes

Directions for Chocolate Almond Butter Maple Syrup:

  1. In the microwave melt indi chocolate 72% dark chocolate for 3 min stirring every min.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, half and half and salt until smooth and is a good consistency for pouring.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
