Cheese and Chocolate Pairing
At indi chocolate, we love to explore ways to enjoy chocolate.
Join us as we explore pairing our single origin chocolate with tasty Comté cheeses with Gilbert's Cheese Experience.
Our local Cheese Monger from Beacher's Cheese, Certified Cheese Professional (yes, there is such a thing!) and founder of Gilbert's Cheese Experience, Brian Gilbert, will be teaching us about cheese and the lovely flavors of Comté cheeses.
We will then pair these cheeses with indi chocolate's bean to bar single origin chocolates made on location in our chocolate factory in Pike Place Market.
This will be an interactive tasting with plenty of time for questions and fun.
