Barbie Van Horn will be leading the workshop, with over 10 years of craft chocolate experience and founder of Finding Fine Chocolate. She will guide you through a sensory analysis, how to taste chocolate and best pairing practices with coffee.
We will be tasting single origin coffee and single origin chocolate together!
