How often do you get to enjoy an entire dinner with chocolate in every taste, prepared by some of Seattle's best-known chefs? Imagine Jack's BBQ pork shoulder in a chocolate molé, with cocao cocktails from Noble Oak. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, to be one of just 30 guests to dine at Pike Place Market in indi's chocolate factory.
And the best part? It's all for an amazing cause!
All proceeds will go to help low-income Seattle young adults who want to start their own businesses. Seattle Community Carrot is a new program launched by the Accelerator YMCA. The goal: break the cycle of poverty by helping young people to become successful entrepreneurs.
Jack Timmons, owner of Jack's BBQ grew up in Texas and has lived in Seattle for the last 2 decades.
