Emily de Urias and her team Reina and Silvia from Belú cacao located in El Salvador are using The Chocolate Refiner because they are passionate about making chocolate that is from El Salvador and helps support the communities locally growing the cacao. They use local honey in their products because they also want to make a product that is purely El Salvadorian.
In order to get The Chocolate Refiner Emily met indi chocolate in Guatemala early in the morning to get both her refiner and a cacao butter press. What a long trip those machines had just to get to their home in El Salvador.
