Thank you for making 2014 a great year for indi chocolate
2014 marked the first full year for indi chocolate being in Pike Place Market. It has been a great year and we are so appreciative of the many wonderful people we got to know this year. Thankfully, more happy customers also means more work, and our team at indi chocolate got a little bigger this year too.
We were able to visit new cacao farms and origins this year and loved seeing our customers happy faces as they tried the chocolate from these origins for the first time (and many subsequent returns for more chocolate and nibs). We never tire of seeing people try our chocolate lotions and lip balms too. Your smiles are contagious and make our day.
After many focus groups to determine the very best tea, we were very happy to introduce our chocolate chai tea for the first time this year. Our chocolate chai tea has proved to be so popular this year that the biggest difficulty is keeping enough in store to meet demand.
When you find something wonderful, you always want to share with friends. After working with a new chocolate making machine that has been easier to use and maintain than any we have used before, we just had to start offering them too. We are very pleased to sell the Premier Wonder Grinders on our website. We look forward to teaching classes with these little work horses in the new year, as well.
We have loved hearing your suggestions for new products you would like us to make and have been working hard to make them happen. We are very excited to be launching our new spice rubs in the new year. We have them perfected and now need to focus on packaging them up. Many new surprises are planned for the new year.
