Deviled Easter Eggs
Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 cup olive oil based mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 a teaspoon dill pickle juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- indi chocolate Barbecue Spice Rub
- 1 thinly diced pickles for garnish
Directions:
- Combine the yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice and salt
- Place mixture in a piping bag and fill the whites of the egg with the yolk mixture
- Sprinkle indi chocolate Barbecue Spice Rub and pickles on top.
- Enjoy!
