indi chocolate Mushroom Quiche with Seafood Spice Rub
Mushroom Arugula Quiche with indi chocolate Seafood Spice Rub

Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 cup goats cheese
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbs butter
- 1/2 cup half and half
- 2 tablespoons indi chocolate Savory Seafood Spice Rub
- 6 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Saute mushrooms in a pan
- Press crust into a pan and add mushrooms and arugula
- Beat eggs, cream, indi chocolate Savory Seafood Spice Rub, salt and pepper and add to the pan
- Sprinkle goats cheese on the top
- Bake for 40 to 50 min
