indi chocolate Mushroom Quiche with Seafood Spice Rub

Mushroom Arugula Quiche with indi chocolate Seafood Spice Rub

Ingredients:

  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 cup shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup goats cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 2 tablespoons indi chocolate Savory Seafood Spice Rub
  • 6 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Saute mushrooms in a pan
  3. Press crust into a pan and add mushrooms and arugula 
  4. Beat eggs, cream, indi chocolate Savory Seafood Spice Rub, salt and pepper and add to the pan
  5. Sprinkle goats cheese on the top 
  6. Bake for 40 to 50 min
