Chocolate For Breakfast- Molé Bacon, Jalapeño Sweet Potatoes and Barbecue Avocado Bagel
Ingredients for Bacon Molé:

Rub the bacon with indi chocolate Molé Savory Spice Rub and fry or bake
Ingredients for indi chocolate Jalapeño Sweet Potatoes:
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 Tbs indi chocolate Jalapeño Savory Spice Rub
- 2 Tbs fresh cilantro
- 1/2 a pomegranate
- 1 Tbs coconut oil
- 1 Tbs butter
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-2 eggs (serve on the side)
Directions for indi chocolate Jalapeño Sweet Potatoes:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Cut the sweet potatoes
- Melt butter and coconut oil. Add brown sugar, salt, pepper, and indi chocolate Jalapeño Spice Rub
- Coat sweet potatoes with butter mixture
- Roast for 25-30 min or until potatoes are soft
- Garnish with cilantro, pomegranate seeds and a fried egg
