Ingredients for Bacon Molé:


Rub the bacon with indi chocolate Molé Savory Spice Rub and fry or bake

Ingredients for indi chocolate Jalapeño Sweet Potatoes:

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 2 Tbs indi chocolate Jalapeño Savory Spice Rub
  • 2 Tbs fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 a pomegranate
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 Tbs brown sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 eggs (serve on the side)

Directions for indi chocolate Jalapeño Sweet Potatoes:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Cut the sweet potatoes
  3. Melt butter and coconut oil. Add brown sugar, salt, pepper, and indi chocolate Jalapeño Spice Rub
  4. Coat sweet potatoes with butter mixture
  5. Roast for 25-30 min or until potatoes are soft
  6. Garnish with cilantro, pomegranate seeds and a fried egg
