Pacific Northwest Bagel with indi chocolate Pacific Spice Rub Lox
Ingredients:
- Bagel
- Cream cheese
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Thinly sliced roasted red pepper
- Capers
- indi chocolate Savory Pacific Spice Rub
- Wild coho salmon (lox)
Directions:
- Toast bagel and spread with cream cheese
- Sprinkle a couple pinches of indi chocolate Savory Pacific Spice Rub on top of the lox and put on bagel
- Garnish bagel and lox with onions, peppers and capers
