indi chocolate Oyster Stew with Jalapeño Croutons

A Pacific Northwest crowd pleaser! Enjoy another easy to follow recipe from indi chocolate and another way to enjoy indi chocolate Pacific and Jalepeño Spice Rubs.

Ingredients for indi chocolate Oyster Stew:

  • 5 tablespoons herb butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 1/2 pints oysters and liquor
  • 2 teaspoons indi chocolate Pacific Spice Rub
  • salt and ground pepper
  • pinch of cayenne
  • chopped parsley

Ingredients for indi chocolate Jalapeño Spice Rub croutons:

Directions for indi chocolate Oyster Stew:

  1. Drain oysters well and set liquor aside
  2. Bring butter, milk, cream and oyster liquor to a boil
  3. Add oysters and bring to a boiling point again and turn off heat
  4. Season with salt and pepper, cayenne, parsley, croutons and indi chocolate Seafood Spice Rub

Directions for indi chocolate Jalapeño Spice rub croutons:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut bread into cubes
  3. Melt butter and add salt, pepper, indi chocolate Jalapeño Spice Rub
  4. Toss bread into butter and put bread on a pan stirring for 20-30 min or until bread is light brown.
