Berry Lavender Popsicles

Berry Lavender Popsicle recipe using indi chocolate Lavender Cacao Tea is refreshing even on the hottest days of summer. Enjoy this healthy treat and learn new ways to use tea.

  • 1.5 cans coconut milk 
  • 4 tbs indi chocolate lavender tea
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 pint blackberries 
  • 3 tbs simple syrup,( sugar or honey)
  • zest of one lemon 
  • indi chocolate drizzle (1/2 a bar of chocolate melted) 
  1. Heat coconut milk in a pan 
  2. Steep tea in the coconut milk for 6 min
  3. Strain liquid 
  4. Blend infused coconut milk with berries and strain
  5. Add lemon zest and simple syrup and put in Popsicle molds for 6-8 hours
  6. In a double boiler melt chocolate and drizzle on Popsicles
  7. Enjoy!
