Cacao Nib Energy Bites
Need a morning breakfast boost or an afternoon snack to get you through your day? Try these yummy Energy Bites packed with all sorts of great stuff like cacao nibs to keep you focused. Make them on a Sunday evening and eat them throughout the week. They are simple AND delicious!

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 1 cup 5 grain cereal
- 1/2 cup ground flax-seeds
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup dried cherries
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup indi chocolate cacao nibs
Directions:
- Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork
- Add all the ingredients to the mashed banana
- Mix by hand
- Form into balls about a inch large
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
