Molé baked apple oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked oats
  • 1 apple
  • 3 tbs indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tbs butter
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup hard cider or apple juice
  • 1/4 cup pecans
  • 1 fried over medium egg
  • 2 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Cut apples into cubes and saute in a skillet on medium with butter and salt, add cinnamon, cider and 2 tbs indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
  2. Cover the mixture for about 20 min or until apples are soft and liquid has evaporated
  3. In the oven bake bacon at 350 degrees with 1 tbs indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub sprinkled on the top bake until crisp
  4. Add oatmeal to a bowl dress with apples, bacon, pecans and fried egg, drizzle with maple syrup and serve
  5. Enjoy!
