Molé Chocolate Lava Cake
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Lightly flour and butter the ramekins.
- On medium heat melt butter add chocolate and stir.
- In a separate bowl beat together eggs, sugar until thick and pale.
- Fold in the egg mixture, flour, indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub and salt.
- Spoon batter into ramekins and bake for 10 min.
- Let the cakes cool for one min and flip cake onto the plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar and indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
