Molé Churros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce
Gather your loved ones together for a dessert that's sure to put a smile on everyone's face! Spice up the sweets by making molé churros with a chocolate dipping sauce. Using our Molé Cacao Spice Rub balances the sweet churros and brings a nice savory element. The chocolate makes the dish that much more indulgent. Churros are a traditional Spanish fried dough. It is often in the shape of a long cylinder and dusted in sugar for a great snack!

- Combine water, sugar, salt, and vegetable oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in flour.
- Heat oil for frying in deep-fryer or deep skillet. Distribute strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag. Fry until golden brown. Place churros onto plate lined with paper towels so oil can drain off.
- Combine sugar, cinnamon, and indi chocolate Molé Cacao Spice Rub. Roll churros in mixture, coating the whole pastry.
- Melt 1 bar of 72% dark indi chocolate in a double broiler and pour into a small bowl.
- Serve and enjoy!
