Molé Mezcal "On Top of Old Smokey"

Capitol Hill Cider is responsible for this amazing cocktail. Try it out at home or go visit them in Capitol Hill, Seattle.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Mezcal
• 1/4 Simple syrup
• 1/4 Orange Juice
• 1/4 Lime
• indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub for garnish

Directions:

1. Shake ingredients and strain into a sour glass
2. Use the indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub as a garnish
3. Enjoy!
