Ingredients for Sweet Potato Fries:

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle with indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub and salt.
  4. Spread sweet potatoes on baking sheet.
  5. Bake until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes.
