Molé Turkey


  • Turkey
  • Sea Salt
  • 1 can of indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
  • 1 stick butter
  • 4 carrots chopped roughly 
  • 2 onions chopped roughly 
  • 4 celery stalks chopped roughly 


  1. Follow cooking directions for the size of turkey you are using, preheat the oven 
  2. In a sauce pan melt butter with indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
  3. Clean the turkey, removing the giblets, rub the whole turkey with course sea salt  
  4. In the bottom of the roasting pan add carrots, onions and celery 
  5. Rub the turkey with Molé butter
  6. Sprinkle more sea salt and bake for up to 6 hours (read instructions for size of your turkey)
  7. Enjoy!
