Molé Turkey
Ingredients:
- Turkey
- Sea Salt
- 1 can of indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
- 1 stick butter
- 4 carrots chopped roughly
- 2 onions chopped roughly
- 4 celery stalks chopped roughly
Directions:

Follow cooking directions for the size of turkey you are using, preheat the oven
- In a sauce pan melt butter with indi chocolate Molé Spice Rub
- Clean the turkey, removing the giblets, rub the whole turkey with course sea salt
- In the bottom of the roasting pan add carrots, onions and celery
- Rub the turkey with Molé butter
- Sprinkle more sea salt and bake for up to 6 hours (read instructions for size of your turkey)
