Mussels with Coconut Cacao Masala Broth
Ingredients:

Half onion, chopped
- 1 lb mussels
- Garlic, chopped
- 1 can coconut milk
- Salt and pepper
- half stick butter
- 1 cup white wine
- half lemon
- 3 tbs indi chocolate cacao masala
- 2 srprigs of thyme
Directions:

Melt butter and onion in the skillet over the grill
- Add garlic and sauté for another minute
- Add white wine, coconut milk and indi chocolate cacao masala rub until the liquid starts to boil
- Add mussels until they open up
- Squeeze lemon, salt and pepper and add sprigs of thyme
- Serve with warm bread
