Strawberry-Nib German Pancakes

Brunch is one of the best way to show someone you care. Try out this melt-in-your-mouth pancake recipe for your sweetheart or share the love with some friends. Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup milk
• 6 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup sliced strawberries
• 1/2 cup indi chocolate cacao nibs
• Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Melt butter in the cast iron skillet
3. in a medium bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs and salt. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish
4. Bake for 25-30 min
5. Serve immediately with strawberries, indi chocolate cacao nibs  and dust with powdered sugar
