Tamarind Whiskey Float

Our friends at OOLA Distillery up in Capitol Hill made the best drink to kick off summer! Using our cacao nibs and their Waitsburg Bourbon Whiskey, they have created a tamarind whiskey float to keep cool with the summer heat. Use coconut or vanilla ice cream to stay cool. To make this at home, use our infusion kit for mixology fun!  

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Shake bourbon, coconut milk, and cardamom bitters over ice
  2. strain into an 8 oz. ice-filled glass and top with tamarind soda
  3. garnish with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg
  4. Enjoy immediately!
